SUPRIYA KAKARLA CHINTHAMADUKA

Supriya Kakarla Chinthamaduka is the Founder of Rewire360, a purpose-driven consultancy committed to building safer, more inclusive, and emotionally intelligent workplaces.

With hands-on experience in PoSH compliance, gender sensitisation, emotional intelligence, and mental well-being, Supriya works closely with organisations to move beyond checkbox compliance and create cultures rooted in respect, accountability, and psychological safety. Her approach bridges policy with people—helping leaders and employees understand not just what the law requires, but why humane workplace behaviour matters.

A strong advocate for maternal mental health and women’s workforce participation, Supriya brings a nuanced understanding of how life stages, hormones, and emotional well-being impact performance, leadership, and retention at work. Through Rewire360, she has delivered PoSH awareness sessions, Internal committee trainings, leadership sensitisation programs, and mental well-being conversations across diverse organisations.

Known for her calm, empathetic, and clarity-driven facilitation style, Supriya believes that lasting workplace change happens when compliance is combined with emotional intelligence, awareness, and conscious leadership.

Meet Our Co-Founder

KAKARLA SUNIL KUMAR
Co-Founder, Rewire360

Kakarla Sunil Kumar is the Co-Founder of Rewire360 and a people–culture practitioner with experience across operations, HR, product management and organisational systems. An IIM Nagpur alumnus, he blends business clarity with people empathy to help organisations rethink how leaders enable teams and how systems support performance.

With over a decade across biotech, IT and consumer sectors, Sunil has worked closely with founders and leadership teams to build high-trust environments, simplify processes, strengthen decision-making and remove friction from everyday work. From operations and policy design to cross-functional execution and leadership coordination, he has seen what helps culture thrive and what quietly breaks it.

A trained POSH Internal Committee member and lifelong learner, Sunil specialises in turning leadership intent into daily behaviours, resolving conflict early, and designing practices that scale with the business. He is known for clarity, calmness, and the ability to understand diverse perspectives—making culture change feel practical rather than overwhelming.

At Rewire360, his belief is simple: people don’t need fixing—systems, expectations and behaviours do.
